a phone call inviting you to a group interview. there are about 7-8 other candidates and 2 interviewers. first is an ice breaker then its more focused on what you know about the company

Interview
Group interview, was really engaging, listened to a presentation. Also did activities where we were being assessed was a very different way of being interviewed and was enjoyable and engaging.
It wasn't really an interview as it was an open walk in interview and it was with a group of other people. They gave us a paper with some questions and personal information to fill in.
Interview involved asking simple questions on past retail experiences, what i did on the job, strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer was casual and friendly, nothing too serious. Overall more like a casual conversation than serious interview.
