Online and through the iPhone. There were different sections in the interview process. They were quick, and I appreciated the independent nature. Having the ability to conduct it in a safe environment and within the privacy of my home helped the interview process.

Question 1
Scenario about a time that you had to navigate a conflict in a group.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.

They asked about a time when you had to interact with a disgruntled customer
The interview process was pretty straightforward, I got in on a staffing agency that was hiring to fill positions for a new store opening. I had a group interview, then a one on one interview and was offered a position.
