Interview
Initial behavioral phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview on-site. Both interviews were casual and pretty informal in nature.
The onsite consisted of some basic behavioral questions ("describe the benefits of working on a team vs. working alone") and some whiteboard coding questions. The whiteboard questions were all fairly simple.

Hiring Manager Directly, have a connection and I was a referral. We have a polite conversation. The hiring manager was the Director of Innovation and Director of Data Science. We have a conversation for around two hours about my experience and a feedback session

First round recorded interview for Level Up program. The system used was comprised of several recorded non-technical interview questions and some multiple choice options. The interview questions would focus on your situational experiences and behaviors. The multiple choice questions mainly pertain to your experience level.
