3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

In my interview their were about 20 people in a room. We were asked to stand up and introduce ourselves. After everyone was introduced we watched a few videos and were asked scenario questions such as what characteristics should an item in the produce have in order for it to have good quality.
