Called in for group interview with 14 other people. Introduced ourselves and why we want to work for Heb.
Split into groups to sell Heb brand products.
Answered questions off a card to everyone.
If they like you the call you in for a one on one.
Called in for a one on one interview with customer service manager.

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
