I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at H E B (Mission, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
It went very well! I wasn't shy nor intimidated. I was ready to take on the job & start working! I started off as a CSA & worked my way up! I then became a cashier in less than a month or so. I am now working in the business center handling a lot of responsibility. I have a great amount of people that I take care of on a daily basis. Our lines get out of hand but I work well under pressure. Our customers get out of hand but I choose to handle it well by apologizing and going through with the process of charging and billing etc. I want to further my position there but I feel as if they will not allow me to grow. With that being said I am interested in working at T-Mobile because I hear very positive feedback on the company. It sounds legit! I am far from perfect but I'm confident in what I do & how I do things. I'll represent T-Mobile at its finest!

Over the phone and face-to-face, was matter of fact in my responses and with my experience and knowledge I was able to land the job. Just be straightforward with the management and it goes a long way.

I applied online. I interviewed at H E B (Missouri City, TX)
Interview
It was my first job interview experience. The manager was kind enough to walk me through what I have to say and don't have to say in any future job interviews. There was two managers that interviewed one after the other but both of them proved to be quite helpful in securing the position.
