Interview
The interview process was lots of situational questions along with personal questions. Overall it was not bad and the interviewee was very helpful and kind. I would think of this as an ideal interview process.
Questions focusing on customer service skills and interactions and ability to problem solve with a focus on conflict resolution. There was the usual line of questions and time to ask questions yourself to the interviewer etc

Tell me of a time you faced a problem and how did you overcome that problem
Conducted well. A range of different questions that touched different aspects of the organization. Took roughly about an hour. Very formal. Toured the store and was given an insight on duties.

Easy team building exercises with four team members. Each person had to stand and present a new meal deal that is to be told to customers. Relatively easy process be careful on the customer interaction portion
