Interview
Met with an HEB rep on campus at a career fair and was contacted for an interview. The first interview was with two employees and they both did a case study with me. After this I was contacted again for a second round interview where I met with four different employees each had their own unique way of interviewing but case studies were prominent again.
Video interviews, covering behavioral and technical questions. Very quick process and is essentially based on an AI grading of the words you say. If you are successfull, you will be invited to a virtual interview.
The first round is a video interview, where you talk to the camera and record the answers. HR reached out pretty fast, like the day after I turned in. Got to the last round, which is a panel interview. Two short case studies related to the hiring department. Everyone is nice and really helpful.

it was simple but over hirevue which I did not like due to its online format. There were lots of questions from any standard interview asking about things like describe a time when you had to overcome a challenge.... just stuff like that.
