My interview process at Gymshark was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I applied for the position through the Gymshark website. Within a few days, a lovely member of the talent team reached out to me for an informal chat where I had the opportunity to discuss my experience and reasons for applying to Gymshark. Following this, I was invited to a face-to-face interview at GSHQ where I met with a member of the talent team and an executive assistant from Gymshark. The interview consisted of competency based questions around my experience, followed by a live task. Afterwards, I received an invitation for a second interview at GSHQ, which involved another member of the talent team and the chief supply chain officer. This was a working styles interview and to see how well myself and the CSCO connected. Overall my experience with the interview process at Gymshark was fantastic. The talent team were absolutely amazing, keeping me well informed about the next steps of my application. The Gymshark employees I met during the interview stages were also incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the interviews. The kindness of the whole team truly made my experience memorable.
