Screening call and then interview with PY manager in club to present your business plan to demonstrate you understand what it takes. If the manager is satisfied you understand the process and have the tenacity and sales skills to be successful within the first 6 months then he will check to see if you have practical skills to train clients properly.

How do you plan to obtain clients in the first 6 months.
involved two sections - observation where you're observed taking someone through a gym screening/potential program and then a personal interview with one of the managers for them to ask you some more questions and demonstrate your business plan.

Interview
The interview was very good. You have to talk to a manager and he asks you some questions about your interest to work with them and yours qualifications and experience. The interview was one to one. He gave me a sample of a cliente tu build a fitness programe.

Could you build a fitness programe for a client that is 35 years old, woman, intermediate level and she just have 45 minutes to exercise to loose weight and decrease her body fat from 27% to 20%?
