Initial phone screen , asking variety of questions Meeting with District Manager - Will involve behavior based questions, questions about experience, store walk through etc. Conditional Offer pending BG screen

I received an email from the dm asking me if I was still interested in interviewing. I emailed back and we set a date. She said she would follow up with me again prior to the appointment. She never did. I reached out to her to confirm we were going to meet. When I got to the store the following day the manager who was there didn’t even know I was coming and the dm was more than 30 minutes late. In fact the manager that was there called her for me to tell her I was there. She didn’t answer. I almost left. Once she got there and we talked I really enjoyed her interview. She asked some tough questions but I liked the challenge. After talking for about an hour she said she would let me know in a week or so. I never heard from her.
