I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gyeonggi English Village (Seoul) in Oct 2011
Interview
There was a five minute phone interview. He basically asked us how quickly we could be on an airplane in order to fill in seats. I should have been tipped off that he didn't ask any questions that would indicate how well I would do the job, he only asked whether or not my documents were in order. Looking back, I really should have figured out from the interview alone that this would not be a pleasant place to work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gyeonggi English Village (Seoul) in Jul 2008
Interview
The interview was actually quite simple overall with the standard, usual questions. The staff was very friendly and asked me simple questions about my classroom management style and thoughts about education. Overall, I felt very comfortable in the interview and it helped me give meaningful answers to the questions I was given. I think it's a very simple interview, much more than a usual teaching interview where they want to know your specific pedagogy and what teaching method you generally follow.
