Interview in person with franchisee owner. Very casual and open conversation style that was around 10-15minutes. Sometime have a interview checklist and take notes throughout which can be a bit distracting
written interview with 6 or 7 questions along with some face to face questions. Easy interview process overall. It took me around 20 minutes to complete the entire process there.

In the group interview, we go around introducing ourselves, then there is a few questions about how we would handle a few issues at the store and how we would prioritise solving them , then there is a group activity, where we played jenga as a team. Very simple and easy interview.
