Standard situation, task, action, result questions. Each interviewer on the panel has a list prepared that is approved by HR. Interview is usually 40 - 60 minutes long. Outsiders may have a phone screen with a single person first prior to in person. In person can be 3-5 interviewers on the panel. After the interview the panel discusses their scores with one another and then compare each person against any others interviewed. Can take weeks to hear back from Gulfstream regardless of job. Very slow at times between resume being reviewed and actual interview scheduling.
