The interview was scheduled over the phone after submitting an application online. The whole process went pretty smoothly. Standard in person interview that took about 15 minutes max with your basic customer service related questions.

Explain a difficult situation you had with a customer and how you handled it.
Very short and easy. I was asked if I can deal with the work load and was asked basic knowledge questions related to pro audio & recording systems. Overall a very easy interview if you know how to interview.

Interview
First apply online. Get called for group interview, get called back for second interview with two managers, get a third call back to accept the job if you are the right fit. A lot of it is based on your pro level experience and your sales based drive to hit a goal.
