Really relaxing, did a "mock" lesson and then talked about my experience. Seemed like it would vary between locations. I interview in Albany. Talked to the manager after talking to the lesson lead.

Very laid back, the manager and I got along great and I received an email with the new hire instructions a few days after the official interview. The official interview consisted of very simple questions regarding the duties of instructor.

Mostly about your general vibe/ how well you can work with others. Especially for lessons, they have a criteria that is very simple to follow and teach by, the type of person you are is more important than the musician you will become.
Phone interview with the store manager, In person Interview with the store manager and lessons lead, Lead instructor interview and playing test, online personality screen and background check. Very nice people to work with.
