Interview
3 separate interviews with the operations manager, customer service manager and store manager. They all pretty much asked the same question, which lead me to believe they were just checking out my personality. I felt pretty visibly nervous, but thy must have liked my green hair.
Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.
Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
