The interview was quite friendly and rather informal. The interviewer asked about my teaching philosophy, what had been my best and worst experiences teaching. She was quite professional, and though it was not a particularly difficult because of the informal atmosphere, I felt that she was thorough.

The interview process was straightforward. They gave me an idea of what to expect and detailed instructions about how to get to the reception area. The interview was more laidback than I was expecting, yet still professional.
