Very straightforward, good communication throughout the process. I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a person rather than an interrogation. I was impressed by the entire process.
Applied through employee referral, called branch manager, asked to come in to interview the next business day, standard general questions i.e. describe yourself, reviewed resume, etc, offered job next day.
