I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse in Apr 2024
Interview
3 total rounds of interviews. First round was a phone screening with the hiring manager - mostly verifying that you have the skills listed in the job description plus some questions about eligibility since federal clients often require you to be a US citizen. Second round was a behavioral interview with an associate director followed by a case study that they give you 48 hours to prepare. Final interview was split into 2 behavioral interviews with a director and a partner. The behavioral interviews were pretty straightforward, but the case was definitely challenging. I highly recommend making sure you have access to Excel and prepping a Powerpoint template in advance. Before they sent me the case materials, I went through basically all the Powerpoints I've ever made and pulled a ton of slides into a template so I could spend as little time on formatting as possible.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you identified a critical action to take in a project - how did you decide it was critical? How did you follow up? What would you have done differently?
