Interview
Interview process consisted in three stages:
1) short call with in-house talent acquisition consultant
2) PowerPoint presentation on a given topic, which was required to be submitted to hiring manager ahead of the in person presentation
3) In person presentation with Partner and Director at their offices

Question 1
Mostly around your previous experience and more technical knowledge as it pertains to the role.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
