Got invited to do a case study which consisted of me creating a presentation and presenting it in front of consultants. At first I was told i would have seven days to prepare but they didn’t send me the case until 3 days before the interview. Very nerve wracking and the interviewers were very cold. Never got a rejection email or anything and the job got reposted on job boards again. Guidehouse also has a lot of ghost jobs so beware
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.

Diese können Case Studies, analytische Aufgaben oder praxisnahe Fragestellungen beinhalten, um die Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Denkweise zu prüfen. Auch Gespräche mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern oder Führungskräften sind üblich.
