I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Referral proces --> phone screening --> superday. At the superday I had 3 interviews (MD, associate, analyst). 2 of the interviews were behavioral, one was technical. All of the interviewers were extremely friendly and the interviews felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. I got my offer three hours after the superday and accepted on the spot.

Question 1
What two companies do you think should merge and why?
I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
"First round" screening interview: said it was more of a "chat" but asked typical first round behavioral questions and markets. However, it varied a lot depending on who your interviewer is.

Question 1
Tell me about a trend or event you learned and still follow from your experiences and internships.
I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First round was a take-home writing assessment, then a superday with 4 rounds of interview, asking both behavioural and technical questions. Interviewers were mostly really friendly and more interested in learning more about you and how you suited for the role
3 Rounds: phone -> Zoom -> in person super day
Technicals aren't very difficult, and they mostly look at fit.
You need to network especially if it's a small office.
