Guardian Security Systems interview questions

very quick, not a lot of questions. seemed rushed. I knew I would get the job because of my experience. I met with the staffing agency rep and she asked a few questions and then 1 day later they called to set up an interview. I started a week later. I think that we hire direct now so the process will have changed

I went dressed business casual betet receiving and email about them hiring. I brought my résumé and list of references. Most of the time I spent filling out paperwork like the official job application. Kept having to call to ask about the status of my application, took a long time to get officially hired.
