3 Rounds of interview which includes 2 technical rounds with analytical approach , Core java, SQL and final with AVP, which includes questions like what was my responsibilities in my previous organization.
The process was very smooth and crisp. Easy Onboarding once selected is a plus and clear documentation as well to facilitate our next steps with the organization. Process of settling down also is well documented and maintained by teams and welcoming people around makes this a great place to work.

3-Onsite Technical Round
4- HR Round for Negotiation
It was good experience, they know very well what they are looking for and also understood pretty well that no one knows everything.

Interview
Interview process is good they will have simply one technical round and second round is with manager. During the interview they will say many things like we are 150 year old company and we have so much money, we can give you even 40% hike for the right candidate and bla bla bla. After the manager round they will ask for your documents and after thay they will never come back to you. Even if you call them they won't pick up the call and just send one message I' ll call you later. When you will try to take follow up with them the. One another guy will come into the picture and will say hey the position is closed and we can't offer you more than you current package and the HR you called you previously was not aware of package and all.
I mean seriously.... Guys are you seriously a group of professionals or just working like anything and don't have any process.
I am very frustrated and disappointed. I can say them fraud.
