Guaranty Bank & Trust (TX) interview questions

Applied for Accounting Specialist position. Received email that Guaranty Bank and Trust hired 3rd party to do one way interview (not a problem) but to also do a Credit Report BEFORE they interview me. I have never given such personal information before a job offer let alone BEFORE an interview. I withdrew my application.

The staff were very friendly. Asked standard questions, Met with the operations manager, then met with the Vice President. Both were very nice and easy to talk to. They were both professional yet comfortable to be around
