Grundon Waste Management interview questions

Just a causal chat, I felt like I was leading the conversation. Talked about weekend plans more than the job itself. Felt a lot of my questions were brushed off and they just needed a body to fill the role.

Over the phone and then a formal interview at the head office with my future line manager and one member of staff doing my role. The questions were straight forward interview questions with a knowledge test thrown in as well. Staff were professional and friendly.
