Interview was in 2 stages, followed by psychometric profiling
First was filling in a questionnaire (personality and situational judgement) before an interview the senior service engineer. Second was with the field service and HR manager, more on benefits upon candidates selection.

Interview
The interview started off at their office by their Senior Accounts Manager, started off with usual self introduction and previous work experience.
The manager will later on explain the job scope of the interviewed post followed with the challenges incurred. Explanation ends with benefits of the company.

Question 1
The Manager would not accept on job training within the probation period to prove work performance as the reason of hiring. He refuse to hire a non experienced staff nor to train them.
