GrowGeneration interview questions

Applied to a position online. a week later my boss tells me GrowGen reached out and asked about me. I never got a an interview let alone a call about the position. they also did not require references on the application so they clearly did some digging on my linkedin and connections was really pissed they reached out to my employer and didn't even give an interview because now i'm in an awkward position at my job. avoid this place since they clearly don't have professional respect.
