The process with Grover consisted of an initial call from HR, then a software development test (had to create an application), followed by a Zoom interview, and then an in person interview.

Very personalized interview questions, not really any of the typical generic ones. It made the whole process very comfortable and welcoming.

Interview
Initial phone interview. Interviewee never showed up, I contacted (calling and email) and they said there was an emergency meeting (but did not contact me) and rescheduled. After phone interview they set up a group interview with the software engineering team, but the manager did not show up. After this interview they sent over a project for me to do, after I turned it in there was no confirmation that it was received, and I have not heard anything back in weeks.
