Three round interview. First round consisting in a series of exercises (finance exercise, profitability analysis..) + a "Replacing a CEO" case study. On average, 300 candidates were participating to this round, from which 60 were selected. Second round was first a group assignment / presentation, followed by an individual motivation interview, a english and personality tests. 30 candidates were selected for the final round interview. The final round consisted on a newspaper article preparation + a verbal presentation to five top managers from BPCE (including the head of the General Inspection, and other top managers from various departments)
