First phase was scheduling and completing a phone interview that lasted about 30min with their HR person. Then I was sent an online assessment to complete that consisted of comprehension, basic math, MS Word, MS Excel, and a personality test. Lastly, an in-person panel interview was conducted with their HR person, a team lead, and the manager.
