I applied online. I interviewed at Group Publishing (Loveland, CO)
Interview
Applied. Got an email saying I didn't get the role. Then a few days later I was contacted for an interview; very confusing. First interview with HR was 1 hour over the phone. Second interview was 4 hours and supposed to be in office but over Zoom. HR started the interview, then I did a project. Next I talked to my hiring manager's manager. The very last hour, after I was already hoarse and drained for talking non-stop, I was interviewed by the hiring manager. Why save the most important interview for the end of a marathon? My conversations with HR and the Manager's Manager went well but by the 3rd set of interviews, they were asking the same questions. 100% they should have done a panel to save everyone's time and provide me a better experience.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Situation-based questions that seemed to be distant from actual situations at the company.
They also had me review mock Google Analytics data and Email Performance data to interrupt it. Very easy but only 20 minutes to present it. The presentation was very awkward because they just asked one open-ended question about it and didn't say a word.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Group Publishing in Sept 2017
Interview
After submitting my application, I was contacted via email and was told to fill out additional questions. Shortly after submitting that, I was scheduled to do a phone interview. The interviewer was nice and it lasted about an hour. Afterward, I was told it would take about a week to hear whether or not I would get an in-person interview, but it took several weeks. I followed up multiple times regarding my application status. I got a reply saying they had not decided yet but would shortly, and then I never heard back from them.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Group Publishing in May 2017
Interview
They first send you a questionnaire, if you move on you get a phone interview, and then they will have you come in for an in person interview. The interview is completely scenario questions , they don't ask your typical questions like your greatest strengths and weaknesses.
