Overall a straight forward process. Spoke with their recruiter and then had a one on one with the partner. While I didn't get an offer, I appreciated the time the team spent meeting with me.

Interview
Two Partners interviewed me. This was a short 30-minute interview. They provided insight into the position. When I asked about the hiring process they explained that it would be two virtual interviews. I only had one interview and didn't hear back at all. They stated that they were interviewing many people and it would take them a while but they would get back to me. Due to the length of the interview process, I accepted another offer.
This was a 30-minute initial Zoom interview with two of the principals (from the Monterey and Santa Barbara offices). Both of the interviewers were polite and asked thoughtful questions. The interview started and ended at the scheduled time.
