Grossmont College interview questions

Panel interview with faculty, 1 current staff member of the team. 12 questions. Panel seemed disinterested from the start, looking down, taking notes the whole time. I got the sense that they were not looking for the most qualified candidate but just going through the motions and already had someone internal in mind.

There was no interview process. I was actually hired after I had applied to become an unpaid volunteer for two and a half months and then the supervisor and the manager were both impressed with my performance
