I did 4 interviews in a span of a month. One interview was with a recruiter, 2nd was with the manager of the product support team, 3rd was a 2 hour interview with a variety of individuals from different roles, and the 4 was with a VP of Customer Success. Unfortunately I did not get the position and when I asked for feedback, they said they found someone better for the role but didn’t really give me constructive feedback on what to work on. It doesn’t sit right with me due to the amount of effort and time I dedicated to each interview. This isn’t me being a sore loser but I just think that this process could be simplified to make faster decisions for the company and make it a lot easier for job seekers who may pass up on other roles to try to have a chance to work with Groove. Wish them the best.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
Did a few panel interviews with about 4 people, meeting with people in the position, the manager and ultimately someone in a director position. Interview process goes by quick if you are able to schedule it in close proximity so the turnaround time is pretty fast on getting a response if you are available for it.

How did you handle a situation with an angry customer and you were not able to fulfill their request.
I applied online. I interviewed at Groove, a Clari Company in Apr 2022
Interview
I personally think that the interview process was smooth. They are very considerate, considering our time zone differences and was very much willing to meet with me halfway in terms of time (recruiters are in US and I'm in the Philippines). It started with a quick call with a recruiter (who was extremely kind), followed by an assessment and then manager interview. The last round was with 4 of their team members (who are all very accommodating and great listeners). I unfortunately did not get the post but I'm leaving a positive feedback on how smooth everything went and as an applicant, I can tell that it was worth it getting interviewed by their team.
