Met with a whole team of people. Interview was awkward as they had no structure in the first call. While everyone was nice, no one really knew how to start the conversation. Had to do a design exercise that was heavily subjective. and waste of time. No real explanation as to why they passed. Got the email with in a hour or two of ending my first meeting. A lot of people seemed out of college and in experienced. Funny enough I'm in final stages of interview with Google. They at least find me valuable.
