Grocers Supply interview questions

One phone screen with a recruiter and a phone interview with a hiring manager. Got invited for an on-site interview a week later. Met a couple of team members and 2 senior/management people. The interview went well and all the people were nice to talk to. I was surprised about the way the update candidate's application status in their system. I checked about a week after the interview and it said "company is not interested"... what? I mean, could you come up with a bit nicer way of telling a candidate you selected a different person, especially after they had an on-site interview. "Not selected" would sound better.

Very Brief and thorough straight to the point. They asked me whether I wanted to work and better my work skills and grow and further my skills. I was very honored and enjoyed working with this company the years I worked there
