Interview process is straight forward. It’s a small production company so they seem to operate more off of vibe than formal interview questions.
I would ask them about benefits from the start thought. It takes them a while to respond via email.

They seemed to be interested in how much experience I previously had. They ask general questions lime do I know frame rates, do I know how to use certain equipment like grip equipment. Pretty general questions.
