Interview
I have nothing negative to say about this company. I was flown in the evening before and placed in a nice hotel. Everyone I interviewed with were very friendly and personable. Overall, I had a great experience!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was given a hypothetical situation question, in an area, which I was not familiar with. However, the interviewer was unfazed by lack of knowledge regarding the question.
First, a 30 minute recruiter phone screening. Followed by an interview with the Director leading the division in direct alignment with the role. The next round is another interview with multiple members of Grifols either leadership or have direct involvement with the role.
