I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grifols (Lancaster, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had an on the phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were very patient/customer oriented. They were very easy. Then I waited for a call back afterwards and didn't get a call until I called them to check my application status. I scheduled an interview after I got a call. The interview was very laid back and similar questions to the phone interview. The guy was very nice and easy to get comfortable with. I was given a tour of the place and lots of info on the company. I was really bummed out I didn't get a final interview. We seemed to have hit it off from the beginning but I guess I was not what they were looking for.
