Griffith Centers interview questions

One interview with HR. Pretty simple and straightforward. Questions were based on prior experience as well as a few scenario based questions. Their main goal was to see if you understand trauma-informed care and how to uphold boundaries.

Interesting and fun. It was conversational and warm more than formal. i learned a lot about role from the interviewer. I felt like i got a clear picture of position pros and cons. It took about an hour to cover everything.
