First a phone interview, then 3 in-person interviews, then calls to my references. They wanted to be sure that they were getting someone who could really help them shape the marketing department.

It was a three step process. I had my first interview with the Sr. Chief Engineer, called back for a second interview with the chief engineer, and third I interviewed with the administrative office manager.
