During the process I went through a 4-stage interview process:
HR screening: An initial, smooth call with the recruitment team.
Sale + CEO interview: A joint conversation to map out my background and see how I'd fit in.
Follow-up with the CEO + a senior sales member: A deeper dive with a business case.
Culture interview with the CPO/Co-founder: A final chat focused on values, motivation and cultural alignment.
The questiosn would involve past experiences, how do I face specific situations, what keeps me going... as well as questions regarding the business case which would be a little more specific.
