Formulaic. Going through the motions. More like they had to do the interview, as opposed to wanted too. Came across as insincere. Talked about fast pace of chance, but showed no ability to do that themselves.

It was long and tedious, while they were curious as to my last five years worth of experience, it seemed to lack the depth and tailoring of a company that was seriously interested in hiring someone that was right for the company and that was actually interested in the role
