There was a group of interviewees around a table (this was in 2019). They call you one by one into an office to interview. Then, you have to have to practice canvassing on the other interviewees., which was intimidating, but helpful. We watched a video on Greenpeace, as a group. Ended up getting the “job” canvassing, which was crazy by its very nature.

I went through one interview via the manager in the main office. It was a few questions and overall very easy. I was first approached by another canvasser on the street and pulled in for an interview.
