Interview
Telephonic interview followed by one in person- One on one meeting in the office environment. It was relaxed and seemingly casual but the questions asked were thorough and difficult. Once the hour passed I was given a good breakdown of the work culture and expectations and my own questions were answered patiently and were encouraged.

A prescreen interview followed by one with your to be supervisor. Talk about your motivation, past relevant experience. Not very technical , and you are free to ask questions. The interviewers are quite nice and encouraging

What’s your take on climate change and emission reduction
It was conducted online and the interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. General questions on current issues were asked. Overall, It was a good experience of interview and working with them too.
well organized with behavioral questions been asked. also introduced a lot of things about what the projects do and asked for my motivations. two interviewers in total and really focused on the skills I have and my accommodation of working schedule
