It was an online process. You logged onto a specified site say 15 minutes before the scheduled interview, and you text your interviewer saying you are ready. When the interview time has come your interviewer will initiate a call and you answer. The interview itself was very comfortable. The interview really aims to get to know you and verify given information to them, then you are asked if you have any questions.
