First interview is on the phone. Brief description of previous experiences and actual competences. Second task is technical. They send a simple task to accomplish. Basically a form input. No matter if you follow what they say, and if you complete the task successfully. It does not really matter. If they refuse your application, they will just notify you their decision without explanations and so therefore, you will never no why. So you lost time writing code, probably during the weekend, and you get nothing but "thanks for your interest". Highly unprofessional and unethical
