One of the worst interviews ever. They found it acceptable to ask someone to be available to one partner who liked to begin work before 5:30am and also maintain the other partner who was known to work until 11pm. Mentioned the former employee in the position had, “a hard time explaining the demand to her partner and she left because of those problems,” while I was having a hard time explaining them to myself! Just not a company for me.

Interview
Pretty straightforward. Initial interview with office administrator and follow up interview with supervising attorneys. Attorneys asked standard interview questions. The administrator talked about benefits package after initial going over my resume.
